Hyundai Motor (005380.KS) will recruit summer interns with the potential for conversion to full-time employment from June 24 through July 8, targeting current university students, the company said Friday.
The recruitment covers 36 positions across four divisions: research and development, production/manufacturing, business/planning, and management support. Eligible applicants are those scheduled to graduate in August this year or February next year.
Selected candidates will undergo a three-week practical training program starting in July. Those who pass the final evaluation will join the company as full-time employees in the second half of this year.
Hyundai Motor is introducing a free-format cover letter for this year's internship. Applicants can freely describe their strengths within one page, without being constrained by a standardized template.
"We designed this conversion-type internship to identify top talent who will lead mobility innovation at an early stage and to provide current students with broad opportunities for hands-on experience," Hyundai Motor said. "Having significantly simplified the application process, we look forward to active applications from creative and passionate candidates."
