
Lotte Department Store announced Wednesday that it is hosting a "Running Boot Camp" pop-up store on the first floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil.
The Running Boot Camp, running from January 10 to 19, will showcase new products from major running brands. The pop-up store will expand experiential programs including "running sessions." It also offers purchase benefits on popular running brands across fashion and gear. Highlights include discounts of up to 50% on popular products from Merrell, Descente, and SOW.
Additionally, customization services are available for creating personalized running items. At the "Marking Zone" located in the center of the pop-up, visitors can customize apparel such as T-shirts to their personal taste. Anyone visiting the pop-up can participate for free. Customers who purchase running shoes or caps from Descente and SOW will also receive waterproof coating services.
First-come-first-served events exclusive to the pop-up store are also available. Customers spending 200,000 won or 400,000 won or more will receive L.Point worth 10,000 won or 20,000 won respectively, along with limited-edition "running performance T-shirt" merchandise. Those spending 500,000 won or more will receive a participation pass and kit for this year's "Style Run."
"Running Community Sessions" will also take place. On January 13 at 7:30 p.m., the "Merrell City Run" will cover Lotte World Mall and the Seongnae Stream area. On January 15 at 6:30 p.m., the "Merrell Trail Run" will feature a mountain run to Daemosan. On the weekend of January 19, a "Cherry Blossom Run" will be held around Seokchon Lake.
"We have prepared a seasonal running pop-up to create special memories by utilizing the infrastructure of Lotte Town Jamsil, which has established itself as a running mecca," said Park Sang-woo, Head of Marketing at Lotte Department Store. "We have prepared diverse experiential content that can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, and we hope running enthusiasts will show great interest."
