Flitto (300080.KQ), a company specializing in artificial intelligence data and solutions, announced Wednesday that it is accelerating its global market expansion by officially integrating its AI translation solution "Chat Translation" into Cisco's collaboration platform Webex.
Flitto developed and launched Chat Translation, its B2C AI translation solution, as a customized translation solution for Webex. The solution provides real-time translation across 34 languages within the Webex environment. By enabling instant communication without language barriers in global collaboration settings, Flitto has strengthened both its platform partnership ecosystem with Cisco and opportunities for global cooperation.
The integration of the solution into Webex represents a meaningful case demonstrating Flitto's AI translation technology performance in real-world applications. Flitto plans to use this as an opportunity to enhance real-time global communication quality required in business settings and contribute to expanding global collaboration environments where anyone can connect without language barriers.
The solution was first unveiled at the recently held "Cisco Connect 2026 Korea." The event is Cisco Korea's flagship annual conference for sharing the latest IT technologies. As a partner company, Flitto operated a joint booth and demonstrated the solution in various languages including English, Chinese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese for on-site visitors, showcasing its AI translation capabilities. Participants experienced the solution's applicability in actual work environments and confirmed its fast and accurate translation quality.
Flitto also provided its B2B AI simultaneous interpretation solution "Live Translation" for various side events including the main keynote session, "AI Inferencing Summit," and "Partner Exchange." Translated content in English and Korean based on speakers' languages was displayed on screens, and participants could scan QR codes to view translation results in up to 43 languages on their personal devices.
