NineHire, an applicant tracking system (ATS) operated by HR tech company Worksfere, announced Wednesday that it has been selected as a supplier for the "SME Cloud Service Distribution and Expansion Program" for the fourth consecutive year.
The program supports cloud service fees to help domestic small and medium-sized enterprises undergo digital transformation. It is administered by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency. Companies adopting NineHire through the cloud voucher can receive subsidies covering 80% of service fees and access the "Enterprise" service tier.
NineHire is a service that automates and integrates all recruitment processes on a single platform. It features recruitment homepage creation, unified applicant management, collaborative evaluation, and simplified interview scheduling. The platform also offers one-click job posting integration with JobKorea, which has the industry's largest talent pool.
Through its "no-code workflow automation function," companies can automate simple and repetitive recruitment tasks without coding. According to internal research, companies using this feature have reduced recruitment time by more than 87%. Dedicated recruitment designers assist with content planning, webpage creation, and search engine optimization (SEO) to strengthen companies' employer branding.
Based on these capabilities, NineHire has established strong market competitiveness. The number of companies using the Enterprise service grew more than 100% compared to 2023 as of March this year. In competitive ATS bidding, more than two out of three companies (67%) chose NineHire. The platform is currently used by major conglomerates such as CJ and KT, as well as companies of various sizes and industries including Kurly and Musinsa.
Cloud voucher applications are open until the 21st of this month through the Cloud Service Support Portal. NineHire provides detailed application guides, checklists, and instructions through its official blog. The company also plans to offer free one-on-one consulting to applicant companies, supporting the entire ATS implementation process.
"Competition for this cloud voucher benefit is expected to be intense, so preparation through NineHire's free consulting is important," said Jeong Seung-hyun, head of the ATS Business Division at Worksfere. "We will continue to enhance our service so that more companies can experience the transformation of recruitment automation and strengthen their competitiveness."
