GS E&C will supply 'Doan Xi Centum Riche,' a large-scale apartment complex with more than 2,000 units, in Doan New Town, Daejeon this month.
According to GS E&C on January 8, Doan Xi Centum Riche will be built on land at 267-3 Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, comprising up to 42 stories with a total of 2,293 units. Of these, 1,780 units will be offered for general sale, including 946 units in Complex 1 (Block 26) and 834 units in Complex 2 (Block 30).
More than 80% of all units consist of the highly preferred 84-square-meter floor plan. Complex 1 includes 841 units of 84 square meters, while Complex 2 has 626 units of the same size.
Residents will be able to access the planned Yonggye Station on Daejeon Metro Line 2 Tram within approximately a 5-minute walk. When the line opens in 2028, travel to Yuseong Spa Station will take about 10 minutes, and Government Complex Station approximately 20 minutes.
Educational amenities are also well-established. An elementary school and a high school are planned on land adjacent to Complex 1, while a new middle school is being pursued near Complex 2. This will create a "triple school zone" environment with elementary, middle, and high schools all within close proximity.
Living infrastructure is also favorable. Existing amenities including Lotte Mart, Homeplus, NC Department Store, Lotte Cinema, and Konyang University Hospital are accessible. Additionally, a central park spanning approximately 350,000 square meters is planned south of the complex, creating a "double infrastructure" environment combining existing and new facilities.
Nearby development projects are also continuing. The Southwest Comprehensive Sports Town held its groundbreaking ceremony last month and has begun full-scale construction near the complex. The project will include athletic facilities, parks, public facilities, and residential units. A Nano and Semiconductor National Industrial Complex is also planned, providing live-near-work conditions.
Most units feature a 4-bay plate-type structure with south-facing orientation, with few exceptions. The exclusive resident community facility 'Club Xian' will include a golf driving range, fitness club, sauna, cafeteria, GX room, study room, and guesthouse. The model home will be located at 667-6 Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.
