Eco Delta City Prugio Tre Park, currently being sold by the Daewoo E&C consortium in Eco Delta City, Gangseo-gu, Busan, is attracting interest from end-users as the development focuses on rare smaller unit types.
The complex, located in Block 11 of Eco Delta City, will comprise 13 buildings with 24 floors above ground, totaling 1,370 units ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡ in exclusive area. Of these, 59㎡ units account for 846 households, representing 62% of the total, while 524 units of 84㎡ will be offered in three different configurations.
Eco Delta City Prugio Tre Park is subject to the price cap system, with an average sale price of 16.05 million won per 3.3㎡. To ease buyers' financial burden, the first installment of the 5% down payment has been set at a flat 5 million won. Move-in is scheduled for September 2028.
Eco Delta City, emerging as a new residential hub in the western Busan area, is expected to accommodate approximately 76,000 residents upon project completion. The development benefits from substantial employment opportunities due to nearby large-scale industrial infrastructure including Myeongji International New City, Noksan National Industrial Complex, and Busan New Port International Industrial Logistics City. The complex's excellent accessibility to these areas enables convenient live-work proximity.
In addition to Gimhae International Airport and Busan New Port, the area's position as an industrial and logistics hub is expected to strengthen further with the planned construction of Gadeokdo New Airport.
Near the complex, Namhae Expressway Second Branch, West Busan IC, and Myeongji IC provide convenient access to downtown Busan as well as nearby regions including Gimhae and Changwon. A new Eco Delta City Station is planned on the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway line scheduled to open in 2028, which is expected to further improve transportation accessibility. Once Daejeo Bridge and Eomgung Bridge open, travel convenience across Busan will be significantly enhanced.
