A large-scale complex of over 1,000 units will be supplied in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province.
Dongkwang Jonghap Togeon announced on the 7th that it is offering sales for "Sun Valley Odd County Gapyeong Seorak," to be built in the Sincheon-ri area of Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun.
Sun Valley Odd County Gapyeong Seorak will consist of 10 buildings with 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,039 units.
The location can reach Songpa-gu, Seoul within 30 minutes and features a rich natural environment including the nearby Bukhan River, drawing expected interest from both permanent residents and second-home seekers.
Seoul's Jamsil Station can be reached within 30 minutes via the Gapyeong Seorak IC, and from the nearby bus terminal, residents can travel without transfers to major urban areas such as Jamsil, Cheongnyangni, and Sangbong. With Cheongpyeong Lake, the Bukhan River, Yumyeongsan Mountain, and Nami Island all in close proximity, the area is regarded as a residential location where residents can enjoy both urban convenience and nature.

Terrace-specialized designs have been applied to units on floors 1 through 4, and within the complex, two guesthouse rooms will be provided along with various athletic facilities including a golf driving range, screen golf room, fitness center, and GX room, as well as a lounge café and moms' café.
Favorable financing conditions have also been arranged to reduce the financial burden. As the area falls under a non-regulated zone, resale of pre-sale rights is possible six months after signing the contract, and full interest-free terms are applied to interim payments. Move-in is scheduled for October 2028.
The model home is located at 162 Sincheon Jungang-ro, Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, and the sales promotion center is located at 1038 Cheonho-daero, Gangdong-gu.
