Dongyang Engineering & Construction's "Gimdan Lake Park Station Paragon," offered for sale in the Bullo-dong 589 area in Seo-gu, Incheon, closed all unit types in the general first-priority subscription round with an average competition ratio of 31.26 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription portal on the 8th, the first-priority subscription results for "Gimdan Lake Park Station Paragon" held the previous day showed a total of 6,377 applications for 204 units excluding special supply, recording an average competition ratio of 31.26 to 1. The highest competition ratio of 34.11 to 1 was recorded for the 84-square-meter Type B units. The 84-square-meter Type A units also drew a competition ratio of 28.67 to 1.
"Gimdan Lake Park Station Paragon" is being built on Block AA36 in the Gimdan New Town as a 569-unit complex consisting of seven buildings with two underground and 24 above-ground floors, all in a single 84-square-meter exclusive-area floor plan. The project drew attention for its proximity to both Gimdan Lake Park Station and Sin-Gimdan Jungang Station on Incheon Metro Line 1, offering strong access to Seoul, as well as for its reasonable pricing compared to nearby market rates thanks to the price ceiling system. "Amid recent home price increases in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area, the competitively priced offering appears to have been effective in the subscription's success," a sales official said.
The winners will be announced on the 14th, and formal contracts will be signed over six days starting the 27th. The complex is scheduled for move-in in July 2027. A model home is open at 1006-3 Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
