Tous Les Jours, the bakery chain operated by CJ Foodville, said Thursday it is launching four new products under its "SLOW TLJ" health bread line, expanding the lineup into cakes and snack breads.

The "Light Dark Chocolate Cake," the first cake in the SLOW TLJ range, features a low-sugar formulation that reduces sugar content while preserving the deep, rich flavor of chocolate.
Tous Les Jours is also introducing a healthier version of its popular red bean bread. The "Chewy Mugwort Red Bean Bread," made without eggs, milk or butter, pairs a chewy mugwort-infused dough with sugar-free red bean paste and savory nuts to balance health and taste.
The "Fruits Rye Sourdough," designed as a meal bread, adds dietary fiber and nutty flavors to a mildly tangy sprouted rye sourdough base. Dates, dried prunes and assorted dried fruits and nuts provide sweetness and richness. The "Olive Cheese Long Pain," a variation on the bakery's signature campagne bread, combines olives and cheese for a savory taste with walnuts and cranberries for nutty and sweet notes.
Tous Les Jours plans to continue expanding its lineup of health breads that satisfy both nutrition and flavor. "Through SLOW TLJ, Tous Les Jours will broaden the consumer experience so that people can enjoy health breads in their daily lives in a more delicious and approachable way," a CJ Foodville official said.
