
The International Management Institute under the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) announced on the 18th that it will hold the "2026 FKI Marketing Expo" at FKI Tower in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 28th of next month.
The expo will share not only the latest marketing trends but also practical marketing strategies and know-how that companies can utilize in the rapidly changing market environment. The event redefines marketing not as a simple promotional function but as a "core engine for corporate growth," focusing on exploring companies' "next move" strategies through marketing.
Five domestic marketing experts will present on topics including trend analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) applications, brand and content strategy, and growth marketing. Kim Yong-seob, head of Sharp Imagination Lab, will analyze marketing and consumer trends for this year. Kim Tae-hoon, head of LG U+'s advertising and commerce business unit, will present ways to leverage AI as a key marketing weapon and share how generative AI technology has transformed marketing strategies along with practical applications.
In the third session, Cho Jun-hyung, former Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Socar, will introduce differentiated branding strategies and success stories centered on core brand principles. Kim So-yeon, former CMO of Coupang Eats, will reveal know-how on content planning and operations that minimize customer churn. Finally, Kim Yong-hoon, head of Kim Yong-hoon Growth Lab, will share key strategies and insights on "growth marketing" for sustainable growth based on data and case studies from fast-growing companies.
