A total of 5,645 units across 10 complexes nationwide will begin sales in the third week of March, with six model homes including "ACRO de Seocho" in Seocho-gu, Seoul opening their doors.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 15th, 5,645 units (2,837 for general sale) will be supplied across 10 complexes nationwide during the third week of March (16th-22nd). Subscription applications will be accepted for projects including "Raemian Ellavine" in Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul and "Sun Valley Odd County Gapyeong Seorak" in Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province.
Six model homes will open. DL E&C plans to sell "ACRO de Seocho" through the reconstruction of Seocho Shindonga Apartment at 1333 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The complex comprises 16 buildings with up to 39 floors above ground, totaling 1,161 units, of which 56 units with 59㎡ exclusive area are designated for general sale. The model home opens on the 20th.
The project benefits from a dual subway station location near Gangnam Station, served by Subway Line 2 and the Shinbundang Line. Proximity to the Seocho IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway ensures convenient access to downtown Seoul and the greater metropolitan area. Educational amenities are excellent, with Seoi Elementary and Seoun Middle schools within walking distance and Daechi-dong's renowned private academy district approximately 15 minutes away by car. The location also offers superior live-work convenience with easy access to major Gangnam business districts.
Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH) will supply "Magok District Complex 17," a land-lease housing project at 747-1 Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Under this model, the public retains land ownership while buyers purchase only the buildings, with price caps applied. The complex offers 557 total units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡. Of these, 44 units are available for general subscription during the main application period from the 16th to 18th, with first-priority applications accepted on the 16th and 17th.
