Youngone Holdings (009970) announced Thursday that its board of directors approved a year-end dividend of 4,176 won per share.
Including the interim dividend paid earlier, the total dividend per share for 2025 reaches 6,576 won, representing a 23% increase from last year's 5,350 won per share.
The company emphasized that this year-end dividend will be funded through retained earnings converted from a capital reserve reduction. This structure means the dividend is not subject to taxation, effectively increasing shareholders' actual returns.
Youngone Holdings' total dividend payout for 2025 amounts to approximately 76.3 billion won, with a payout ratio reaching 65% of net profit on a non-consolidated basis. This exceeds the company's target payout ratio of approximately 50% announced in its corporate value enhancement plan last August.
"We will continue to do our best to enhance corporate value and shareholder returns," said Sung Rae-eun, CEO of Youngone Holdings.
Subsidiary Youngone Corporation (111770) also approved a year-end dividend of 1,400 won per share through its board meeting. Including the 700 won interim dividend paid earlier, the annual dividend per share totals 2,100 won, a 50% increase from the previous year's 1,400 won.
Youngone Corporation's total dividend payout for 2025 is approximately 89.4 billion won.
