SK D&D announced on the 5th that it has opened "Episode Conveni Hongdae," the fourth location of its residential brand Episode Conveni.
Episode Conveni is SK D&D's residential brand that renovates aging buildings in urban areas to create new housing value. D&D Property Solutions (DDPS), SK D&D's real estate management subsidiary, operates the brand. Through DDPS, SK D&D manages approximately 7,000 rental housing units, including the Episode brand.
Following locations in Gasan, Sindang, and Seonjeongneung in Seoul, the fourth Episode Conveni in Hongdae offers the advantage of access to cultural and commercial infrastructure in a university district. The property is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Hongik University's rear gate, 5 minutes from Sangsu and Gwangheungchang stations, and 10 minutes from the Han River.
The building comprises 55 duplex-style units ranging from 13 to 17 square meters across six floors. Units are available in two configurations—Basic and Standard—allowing residents to choose based on their lifestyle and preferences. For resident convenience, units come furnished with essential appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and microwaves, as well as basic furniture such as sofas, desks, and mattresses. Common areas including a lounge and rooftop provide spaces for relaxation and socializing.
Episode Conveni units can be easily contracted through "Better Living," a housing search platform developed by DDPS. The platform offers electronic contracts and credit card payment for rent, significantly enhancing tenant convenience.
