NH Investment & Securities received the "High-Value Taxpayer Tower" award.
CEO Yoon Byung-woon received the award at the 60th Taxpayer Day ceremony held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on March 3. "We will continue to be a model company that drives mutual growth for shareholders, customers, and our entire society through transparent and faithful tax payment," Yoon said. "We will do our best to continuously contribute to national economic development based on transparent management."
Taxpayer Day is an event established to raise public awareness of tax obligations. It has been held annually since 1967 to recognize faithful taxpayers and those who have contributed to tax system development. The "High-Value Taxpayer Tower" is awarded to companies that have contributed to national finances by paying more than 100 billion won in annual taxes. NH Investment & Securities paid 358.9 billion won in 2024.
The company explained that this award was achieved based on stable performance growth across all business divisions. The investment banking division has secured industry-leading capabilities by strengthening venture capital supply and strategic advisory functions including mergers and acquisitions. The trading division is responding to market volatility through diverse investment strategies and sophisticated risk management techniques.
The wealth management division is enhancing services for high-net-worth clients. The digital business unit is advancing a hybrid asset management process targeting non-face-to-face customers who require personalized services.
