Given the high public interest in K-Defense, LIG Nex1 is also conducting campus recruiting at 31 universities nationwide to actively attract talented individuals who will lead the future of Korea's defense industry.
LIG Nex1 is an "R&D-focused" company, with researchers comprising approximately 60% of its total workforce. The company continues to expand employment alongside its domestic and international business growth. As of last month, the company employed 5,748 people, an increase of 1,204 (26%) over two years. The company has also been selected as an "Excellent Job Creation Company" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for three consecutive years.
The company is working to enhance work efficiency and productivity through initiatives such as a "flexible work schedule" that gives employees autonomy and work-life balance, the "L-Fresh leave system" for self-development and recharging, and "Family Day" events where employees can invite their families to participate.
Through this large-scale recruitment, LIG Nex1 plans to strengthen competitiveness across all areas of the rapidly advancing defense industry while nurturing key talent to lead future new growth engine businesses.
