Global power solutions company Bloom Energy begins a recruiting tour of major Seoul universities starting at Seoul National University on the 3rd, seeking to secure top Korean talent.
The company will set up booths at career fairs at Korea University on the 4th and Yonsei University on the 5th to provide recruitment information and job descriptions. On-site activities will include company introductions, presentations on key technologies and achievements, and individual career consultations.
Bloom Energy provides stable, reliable on-site power across various industries through its solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)-based power solutions. The technology has attracted industry attention for its high generation efficiency, rapid deployment, and stable power supply capabilities.
The recruiting drive comes amid strong business momentum. Bloom Energy posted record revenue of $2.02 billion (approximately 2.9 trillion won) last year, up 37.3% from $1.47 billion in 2024.
The results reflect growing adoption of on-site power solutions as critical infrastructure for data centers and manufacturing facilities amid rising power demand. Global demand for hydrogen fuel cells is expanding as the technology offers rapid deployment and stable power supply while traditional grid expansion faces delays.
