Hana Bank CEO Lee Ho-sung has joined the "Youth Gambling Eradication Relay Campaign."
Hana Bank announced on the 9th that CEO Lee has decided to participate in the campaign organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.
The campaign aims to raise nationwide awareness about illegal youth gambling by spreading the message: "Illegal cyber gambling targeting youth is a fraud crime you can never win."
CEO Lee, who was nominated last month by Kim Mi-seob, Vice Chairman of Mirae Asset Securities, shared the dangers and severity of illegal youth gambling with executives and employees. Lee nominated Woori Bank CEO Jung Jin-wan as the next relay participant.
"Illegal youth gambling is not simply individual misconduct but a problem that our entire society must address together," CEO Lee said. "Hana Bank will do its part to help the young people who will lead future generations enjoy healthy daily lives and grow up right."
