Ferrari has unveiled the F76, the brand's first digital concept model. The name F76 commemorates the historic first victory at the Le Mans 24 Hours race achieved by the Ferrari 166 MM Barchetta 76 years ago in 1949. It also celebrates Ferrari's consecutive wins at the Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race from 2023 to 2025.
The F76 is not a production vehicle but a pioneering virtual project that combines Ferrari's racing heritage with generative design and digital technology innovation. It was specifically designed for the exclusive Hyperclub program targeting customers who support the 499P racing program.
The F76 was created at the Ferrari Styling Centre led by Flavio Manzoni and represents "a design manifesto heralding the shape of future Ferraris." The design was refined through a parametric approach where form, function and performance merge as a single organic entity.
The most distinctive feature of the F76 is its double fuselage structure, designed to maximize the purity of airflow. The separation of driver and passenger cells, with the wheelbase aligned to the cabin, enables new interactions between the underbody and upper body, making the vehicle itself function like one massive wing.
The sides feature vertical cut designs first introduced on the F80 concept, previewing the technical and stylistic language that will influence future Ferrari production models. Mathematical optimization managed by generative algorithms created the sculptural body lines.
At the rear, topology optimization technology enabled complex shapes that guide cooling flow and maximize heat dissipation from internal mechanical components to be integrated directly into the structure. The four iconic taillights are also integrated into the upper wing, contributing to overall aerodynamic performance.
The interior features two separate cockpits designed to maximize "the sharing of the driving experience." Drive-by-wire technology synchronizes all driving components from the steering wheel to the pedals, allowing two occupants to share driving sensations in real time, evoking a two-seater hypercar configuration.
The F76 project offers Hyperclub customers an unprecedented personalization experience. Each digital vehicle is created by selecting from various design options offered exclusively during the three-year program period, with customers directly participating in the process of completing their own F76.
