DeepX, an on-device artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor company, announced on the 1st that it has recruited Chief Financial Officer Cho Young-ho (CFO), who has completed more than trillion large-scale transactions in the global investment and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) field.
Joe's new CFO is a person who has led large-scale capital market projects at global investment banks (IB) and large investment institutions, such as leading 5 trillion won M&A and strategic investment projects, executing trillion IPOs and block deals, and in-depth due diligence and structuring for companies in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. In particular, it shows strengths in complex M&A structuring across regions and industries, designing international corporations/investment laws, creating large-scale joint investments, and reorganizing organizational and financial structures, and is evaluated as being suitable for DeepX, which speeds up entry into the global market.
Together with CFO Joe, DeepX plans to expand global partnerships, scale up overseas business, review equity investment (pre-IPO) before listing, strengthen communication with overseas investors, and advance medium- to long-term corporate value enhancement strategies.
