Lotte Hotels & Resorts has named professional golfers Choi Na-yeon and Kim Ha-neul as its official ambassadors, strengthening its premium lifestyle marketing centered on golf.
Lotte Hotels & Resorts said it held an ambassador agreement ceremony with the two players at the Athene Garden of Lotte Hotel Seoul on Wednesday. The ceremony was attended by the two golfers and key officials including Jung Ho-seok, chief executive officer of Lotte Hotels & Resorts.
The two players will serve as official ambassadors for Lotte Hotels & Resorts for the next year. They will participate in brand campaigns, advertising shoots, online and offline promotions, and customer engagement events, and will also present content combining golf, travel, and relaxation.
Choi Na-yeon has recorded 15 career wins at home and abroad, including nine LPGA Tour titles. She raised the profile of Korean women's golf with her victory at the 2012 U.S. Women's Open, and has continued golf commentary and content activities since retirement.
Kim Ha-neul, a former KLPGA Tour money leader, has claimed 14 career wins, including eight in Korea and six in Japan. She was a top-tier player on both the Korean and Japanese stages, and continues to meet fans through broadcasts and golf content since retirement.
Lotte Hotels & Resorts pursued the collaboration, viewing the two players' images as aligned with the premium lifestyle the company pursues. Through this ambassador appointment, the company plans to expand its points of contact with golf customers and strengthen leisure experiences that can be enjoyed at its hotels and resorts.
