
The first-prize winning numbers for the 1,227th round of the Lotto lottery are '1, 14, 16, 34, 41, 44.'
Dhlottery, the operator of the Lotto lottery, announced the results of the 1,227th Lotto drawing Saturday. The bonus number for second prize is '13.'
A total of 11 first-prize winners matched all six winning numbers. Each will receive 2,674,808,455 won in prize money.
Seventy second-prize winners matched five winning numbers plus the bonus number. Each will receive 70,054,508 won. There were 3,042 third-prize winners who matched five winning numbers. Each will receive 1,612,037 won in prize money.
Fourth prize, matching four winning numbers, went to 151,881 winners, with a fixed prize of 50,000 won. Fifth prize, matching three winning numbers, went to 2,523,341 winners, who will receive a fixed prize of 5,000 won.
The first-prize tickets were issued at 11 outlets: eight automatic, two manual, and one semi-automatic. By region, they included two in Seoul (Nonhyeon-ro 150-gil in Gangnam-gu and Gucheonmyeon-ro in Gangdong-gu), two in Daegu (Wolbae-ro in Dalseo-gu and Deuran-ro in Suseong-gu), two in Incheon (Jungbong-daero in Seo-gu and Dongsucheon-ro in Bupyeong-gu), two in Daejeon (Galmajung-ro in Seo-gu and Jinjam-ro in Yuseong-gu), two in Gyeonggi (Bugok-jungang-ro in Uiwang and Anyangpangyo-ro in Dongan-gu, Anyang), and one in South Gyeongsang Province (Anjeong-ro in Tongyeong).
The deadline for claiming prize money is within one year from the start date of payment. If the final payment day falls on a holiday, winners can claim their prizes until the next business day.
First-prize money is paid at the headquarters of NH NongHyup Bank. Second- and third-prize winners can claim their prizes at NH NongHyup Bank branches. Fourth- and fifth-prize winners can collect their winnings at Lotto retail outlets nationwide. Regional NongHyup branches do not handle payment services.
Prize money not claimed by the deadline is fully transferred to the lottery fund under the Lottery and Lottery Fund Act. These resources are used for public interest projects.
