
The entire country will be mostly cloudy on Thursday, with rain expected in parts of central regions.
From Thursday afternoon through the night, rain will fall in the Seoul metropolitan area, the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, the northern parts of South Chungcheong Province, the western coast of southern South Chungcheong, the central and northern parts of North Chungcheong, and some western parts of North Jeolla Province.
At night, other parts of the Chungcheong and Jeolla regions, as well as the central and northern East Coast of Gangwon, will see raindrops of less than 0.1 millimeters.
Expected rainfall is around 5 millimeters in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province, the five West Sea islands, and the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon. The northern parts of South Chungcheong, the western coast of southern South Chungcheong, the central and northern parts of North Chungcheong, and the western parts of North Jeolla are forecast to receive less than 5 millimeters.
A strong wind advisory may be issued, particularly in eastern and western Jeju Island, where instantaneous wind speeds could exceed 70 kilometers per hour.
Morning lows are forecast at 8 to 18 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Large temperature differences between day and night are expected, particularly in the inland areas of the Gyeongsang region.
Fine dust levels are forecast to range from "good" to "moderate" nationwide.
