Lotte Hotel Jeju is targeting family travelers with a segmented approach, rolling out both kids rooms and large pool villas. The dual-track product strategy aims at families with children and three-generation families, respectively.
Lotte Hotel Jeju said Sunday it has launched two room packages for family guests to mark Family Month in May.
The "Hello Kitty Camellia Edition" is a kids-oriented package that combines a Hello Kitty-themed room with breakfast for two adults and one child. Guests will receive a hotel-exclusive "Hello Kitty Camellia Doll" and a 20% discount on the children's sports club "Champion R." Those staying two nights or more will also receive a complimentary single-use pass for the "ACE Kids Program," which includes activities such as building gingerbread houses and making keyrings. Reservations and stays are available through December 31.
The hotel also introduced the "Multi-Generation Pool Villa" package, aimed at three-generation families and households with multiple children. The package allows up to six guests to stay in a pool villa suite through an additional-occupancy benefit. The rooms feature an infinity-edge pool, canopy and sunbeds to enhance the private space.
In-room dining benefits are also included. Guests can choose between a wine and cheese platter or a "Juansang Set," which consists of stir-fried black pork, Korean pancakes and seafood jjamppong. Reservations are accepted through August 31, with stays available through September 1.
"We designed the products to reflect demand from both families with children and large families at the same time," a Lotte Hotel Jeju official said.
