Photographer Yang Jong-hun has opened a tribute exhibition commemorating the first anniversary of the passing of Pope Francis at the Tulip Art Gallery in Vienna, Austria.
Yang first photographed the Pope during his 2014 visit to South Korea, capturing the papal blessing. That connection led him to accompany the Pope on his 2023 pastoral visit to Mongolia. The exhibition features 44 photographs showcasing the Pope's benevolent smile from those journeys.
