Temperatures are expected to be near or slightly above the seasonal average of -2 to 6 degrees in the morning and 11 to 15 degrees in the afternoon.
Some inland areas will see morning temperatures drop below zero, and the gap between daytime and nighttime temperatures is expected to remain large at 15 to 20 degrees for the time being.
Dry weather advisories are in effect for parts of the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Province, North Chungcheong Province, Daejeon, the North Gyeongsang region, Gwangju and mountainous areas of Jeju Island. Rain of 5 to 10 millimeters is expected on Jeju Island during the day.
Fine dust concentrations are forecast at "unhealthy" levels in the Seoul metropolitan area, Sejong, South Chungcheong Province and North Jeolla Province, with "moderate" levels elsewhere.

Offshore wave heights, approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline, are forecast at 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea.
