The surge is attributed to growing investor optimism over the specifics of a new business strategy following Solux's (290690.KQ) acquisition of management control.

Solux said the acquisition is not a simple stake purchase but a strategic decision to secure a new growth axis through a structure linking CHA Vaccine Institute and Ari Bio. Accordingly, CHA Vaccine Institute plans to strengthen its research and development capabilities and expand its future pipeline, centering on vaccine and immunology technologies and new businesses based on natural killer cells.

In particular, synergy expectations are rising as the potential for business expansion linked to the clinical trials and commercialization of Ari Bio's oral Alzheimer's treatment "AR1001" has come into focus.

Market participants are noting that the company's role within the group is being strengthened, moving beyond its previous R&D-focused identity, which could accelerate the pace of business expansion. The fact that CHA Bio remains the second-largest shareholder even after the transaction is also cited as a factor raising expectations for future business collaboration.
