Cultural content platform Yes24 announced on the 23rd that it will participate in the "2026 Youth Culture and Arts Pass" program administered by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Council Korea, providing support for performance and exhibition attendance by young people aged 19 to 20.
The Youth Culture and Arts Pass is a program designed to help young people taking their first steps into society access culture and the arts more easily and grow into active cultural consumers. In 2026, approximately 280,000 young people born in 2006-2007 will receive annual subsidies for performances, exhibitions, and movie viewing—150,000 won for those residing in the Seoul metropolitan area and 200,000 won for those living outside the capital region, based on registered address.
Pass registration is available from the 25th through June 30 on the Youth Culture and Arts Pass website, with a usage deadline of December 31. When booking performance and exhibition tickets eligible for the Youth Culture and Arts Pass on Yes24 Tickets, users can apply the subsidy by selecting "Youth Culture and Arts Pass Points" as their payment method.
Yes24 has contributed to expanding cultural and arts accessibility for young people by participating as a partner ticketing platform for three consecutive years since the program launched in 2024. Notably, it is the only integrated cultural content platform encompassing both performances and books to participate in the program.
