The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's KTV National Broadcasting announced on February 13 that it is openly recruiting "KTV Online Young Creators" to strengthen policy communication with direct youth participation and expand young subscribers to KTV's SNS channels, which currently cater primarily to middle-aged audiences.
The recruitment targets young people aged 19 to 39. Selected creators will participate in online content production for KTV's official SNS channels for approximately nine months from March through November. Each selected young creator will receive content production funding worth up to 10 million won (maximum 1.2 million won per monthly video) and gain hands-on experience in content planning and production through collaboration with KTV. Participants will also receive an official appointment letter and certificate of activity.
Applications will be accepted from February 13 to 27. Applicants can download the application form from the KTV National Broadcasting website and submit it via email. Approximately 10 young creators will be selected through document screening and practical interviews. The program is open to young people pursuing careers in online content fields such as announcing, producing, journalism, and video production, as well as anyone interested in government policy promotion and public communication.
A KTV official said, "Through this young creator recruitment, we aim to strengthen policy communication with content reflecting youth perspectives and sensibilities, and transform KTV National Broadcasting's online channels into a younger and more dynamic platform."
