Health and Welfare Minister Chung Eun-kyung announced plans to expand medical school enrollment at the Government Seoul Complex in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on Monday.
The government will increase medical school admissions by a total of 3,342 students over five years starting from the 2027 academic year, Chung said.
