Incheon Culture & Arts Center announced Sunday that it is recruiting planning and operations staff for the Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra and the Incheon Youth Symphony Orchestra, which will be newly established in 2026.
The recruitment aims to select professionals who will handle overall orchestra operations, including concert planning, public relations, and music score and instrument management.
The center is seeking four positions: one music score manager for the Incheon Philharmonic, and three positions for the Youth Symphony Orchestra—one for planning and public relations, one for music score management, and one for instrument management.
Applicants must have practical experience at national, public, or private performance organizations. The instrument management position requires proficiency in computer music notation software Sibelius.
Applications will be accepted by email only from January 2 to 6 p.m. on January 6, 2026. Candidates will undergo document screening followed by interviews. Successful candidates will be appointed as probationary members and will become permanent members after a three-month evaluation period.
