The Golfzon Cultural Foundation announced Wednesday that it held the Hope and Happiness Sharing Festival on January 6 at Chungnam National University's Jeongsimhwa International Cultural Center, inviting approximately 2,300 underprivileged children.
Now in its 15th year, the Hope and Happiness Sharing Festival is an event that invites children from single-parent families, multicultural families, and grandparent-headed households to deliver warm encouragement and support.
The Chungcheong University taekwondo demonstration team performed dynamic routines, while popera group Benny & raised the energy with their melodious harmonies. The main performance featured "Circus Kids Magic Show" by the circus couple. The husband-and-wife duo, a magician and an acrobat, drew enthusiastic applause and cheers with various magic tricks and spectacular aerial acrobatics.
Kim Young-chan, Chairman of the Golfzon Cultural Foundation, dressed as Santa Claus along with Golfzon Group employee volunteers, delivered messages of encouragement and gift boxes to the children, practicing warm sharing.
